Rules and Regulations

For the guidance of the students, a code of conduct has been introduced on behalf of the college. Students have highlighted the qualities of national character, discipline, personal hygiene and humility, social ethics, and qualities related to individual character and temperament, such as honesty, respect, obedience, regularity of time, loyalty towards work etc. Public level high standards should be maintained at the highest level of national and personal conduct at all places within and outside the limits of this college. It is absolutely forbidden to take alcohol or other intoxicants or intoxicants in college and hostel. Smoking and gutkha are also prohibited in the college premises. On violation, the student can be expelled from the hospital and the hostel.

  • 1. Students should follow the disciplinary guidelines set by the college.
  • 2. Drinking, smoking and tobacco chewing is not permitted inside the college premises.
  • 3. Students found guilty on any account can be debarred for sitting in the examinations.
  • 4. As per the guidelines from Government of Rajasthan, mobile phones are banned in the college premises. In case a student violats the rule he/she will be fined Rs. 100/-
  • 5. As per the guidelines from Honb’le Supreme Court of India students indulging in RAGGING will be expelled from the college. And He/she will be fined Rs.2,500/-
  • 6. Discipline will have to be maintained at all levels.
  • 7. Regularity and punctuality for classes is compulsory for all students.
  • 8. Any action bringing bad name to the college will be regarded as indisipline.
  • 9. Students must cultivate deep sense of sincerity towards college.
  • 10. The students will have to maintain respectful attitude towards the authorities,elders teachers.


  • 1. 75% attendance in each subject is compulsory for every student.
  • 2. Name of a Student will be struck off, if he remains absent for 2 months without any notice or permission.
  • 3. No change in subject and papers permissible after the dates notified by college.
  • 4. Students are advised to check their attendance position with the concerned subject teachers from time to time.
  • 5. Long absence of more than 15 consecutive days without intimation may lead to striking off the name for which readmission will be possible on the payment of Rs. 500.
  • 6. Students found in campus yet not attending classes may be punished.
  • 7. Class tests and assignments should be attended and completed in time.
  • 8. All students must be present for flag hoisting on 15th Aug and 26th Jan every year.
  • 9. A fine for Rs. 7/- per period will be charged for absentees.
  • Note: It is not mandatory for college administration to inform parents about their ward’s regular absence from the classes.

All classes will be in accordance with the schedule set by the test college and those students who remain absent will also be punished and facilities given can also be stopped.
